Grass Carp Article in Miami Herald

Andy Mills, well known angler and best known for some expletive laced tirades on his tarpon videos, is featured catching grass carp in Florida.  Note the interesting view of the biologist who would rather anglers leave the grass carp alone so they can do their job.
