New flies arriving daily, and small pond season
Bugs are coming in slowly but surely into the shop.  We have posted a couple of new patterns that are tested patterns for catching carp.
It is the end of the thaw in lower Wisconsin, and once the waters warm up from their snowmelt it is time to start stalking carp again.  We will be targeting the ponds that green up too much to fish in the late spring and summer.  These usually shallower ponds hold some nice carp and are impossible to fish due to weed growth later on in the season.  It is a great time to check out your local community pond, or subdivision ponds for post hibernation carp fishing!
